47: Finding Happiness ~ April

I don’t know about you but right about now I could use more happiness. Each month, we have been looking at Gretchen Rubin’s book, The Happiness Project. She challenges us to explore happiness and see what we can do to make it bigger. Gretchen engages us to focus on different happiness concepts each month in order to build a stronger foundation of happiness.

The week we are looking at Finding Happiness for the Month of April and we are focused on lightening up, especially in the area of parenting. In this time of COVID-19 our lives have taken a serious turn. Let’s see if, even in the midst of this pandemic, if we can increase our happiness. I’m in, what about you?
