Roxxy Blake, Senior Consultant at DermAesthetic Consulting, brings nearly 20 years of aesthetics industry and business operations experience. Her expertise grew multiple medical aesthetic and wellness business from startup to multi-million dollar success. 

Driven by her enthusiasm for people, she loves helping individuals and teams overcome challenges. She shares her expertise for creating dynamic teams, developing leaders, curating an unwavering customer experience to reach their ultimate success and have fun while doing it! Specializing on consultative sales, Roxxy shares her strategies for consultative selling that helped her reach yearly revenue of $1.2M and up.
