Lela Figarelle is co-owner of Figarelle's Fitness LLC, a private fitness business in Anchorage, Alaska. She spent the first 10 years of her life in a Russian orphanage before getting adopted by a family in Sitka, Alaska in 1996. In this inaugural episode, she shares memories of her experience and shares how she feels it impacted her mindset around persevering when times get tough.
