  1. Do what you say you are going to do and
  2. Follow up!

  • Get back to your customer in a timely manner. 
  • Don't talk too much about yourself.
  • See everyone in the room.
  • Don't follow up on a question that is not relevant.
  • Be honest with people.
  • Only make a mess big enough for you to clean up!
  • Stay in your lane and don't go outside your expertise.

In short, don't be lazy!
