RECIPE OF SALES ONE YEAR LATER... YES, WE ARE HUNGRY!
We are obviously recording when we are hungry. There is a way to handle rejection and it all goes into sales and the sales system. Don't change too many things at once.
This episode goes into the following concepts:
- Making the perfect chocolate chip cookie
- Change one item when you get rejected and record the changes
- Focus on the core and don't change the base ingredients of sale
- Dealing with management expectations might cause more fumbles
Don't let the timing change how you do things. We were speaking about baking the perfect cookie and simply turning up the heat doesn't cook the cookie any better... it will just burn it!
Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
1 cup European butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cake flour
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp baking powder
Secret Ingredient - 1 pinch of cinnamon
As many milk chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips as possible!
