It's important to color outside the lines every once in a while. And this week's conversation was a good reminder of that fact.

But that doesn't always mean it's comfortable to do - especially if you're like me and thrive off of systems.

Whether it's the messy side of life we see in ZOOM meetings, the blur between work and home, or the way we've had change how we build relationships, admitting a lot of things are just done DIFFERENTLY is usually the first step towards making something better.

So I couldn't imagine a better conversation to ease us all into that short period of chaos between Thanksgiving and the New Year.

My guest this week is Beth Montgomery, the founder of Project, DONE!, a consulting firm that specializes in helping make room for leaders to focus on what matters.

Beth is a TEDx Speaker, a mother of two teenagers, and a regular contributor to Central Penn Parent Magazine.

And when she's not helping clients, she's helping her community as a member of Project Save a Life, an organization that provides CPR/AED training to people of all ages.

We talk about the healing nature of service, the importance of giving others the benefit of the doubt, and - of course - our pets. It was one of those rare conversations that feels both incredibly relaxing and deeply meaningful.

Enjoy the show!
