Last week on Epsiode 56, I started to explore how to grow in resilience and today I’m continuing last week’s conversation with 8 juicy examples of how you can grow your own emotional fortitude reserves.  

What I love about these suggestions the most? Aside from helping you to grow in resilience,  they are essentially practices that are well worth your time, any way. It’s amazing to me how having high serving practices in place enrich your life and mutually support each other.

Here are the 8  ways to grow in resilience discussed in today's episode:

  1. Adopt a religious or spiritual practice.
  2. Be that social butterfly more often.
  3. Become a lifelong learner. 
  4. Tap into your physical fitness. 
  5. Be present, not distracted. 
  6. Practice Gratitude.
  7. Don’t be a cavewoman when it comes to your cognitive and emotional flexibility.
  8. Find your true purpose and calling in life.
