Show Notes

Depression Doesn't Discriminate pt 2. Mental health is important because you have been created in the image of a God that loves you and cares deeply about you and every area of your life—including your mind, feelings, and emotions. Tune in as I talk about depression from a personal, academic, and spiritual point of view.  Even though the Bible doesn’t use the word “depression” you can use context clues to come to conclusions about some Biblical characters possibly being depressed such as Joseph, Job, and David. Listen to find out why. Disclaimer: I speak as a fellow struggler sharing my story and  NOT as a mental health expert providing advice.
