It's not until you really do the inner work or as my therapist once called it "the shadow work." It's going super deep into who who we really are to get the answers.
I love working with my clients on self image because there are so many sides to the story. There is the emotional side, physical side and mental side and even the spiritual side of who we are.... and who we "play" in public.
