🥾Taking some time for self-care was a well needed YES!
Geo and I flew to North Carolina for a few days of hiking and work. It was a fantastic opportunity to explore new national parks and rejuvenate our minds. The crisp mountain air and scenic views were exactly what we needed to recharge. We hiked through lush forests, challenging ourselves with steep ascents and rewarding ourselves with breathtaking panoramas at the summits.
Despite missing our 16-year-old Golden Doodle, Tessa, tremendously, I must say that I had an absolutely fabulous time while I was away! I was well aware that this would be quite a challenging task for my 81-year-old father, but they seemed to have had a good time together!
Creating a flexible and sustainable business that enables you to work as a nomad anywhere in the world was a top priority for me. As we hiked, I couldn't help but contemplate how much progress I had made in attaining that objective. It truly demonstrated the strength of determination and the willingness to embrace new opportunities.
I love that I have the opportunity to communicate with my clients via Zoom or even with my VIPs in person! Coaching not only changes my clients' outlook on life, but also my own.
