🤷🏼♀️ I woke up early with great intentions and everything went to sh*t!
You know me - I don't hide much from you all. But I knew I should have stayed in bed when I had my yoga pants on inside out for about an hour.
Sometimes we need to call a friend, call your therapist, call your coach and ask for some support. This is why we have people that support us when everything goes to sh*t.
