 World-class health coach Rodrigo Perez uses a holistic health approach with pro athletes to everyday people to ensure prolonged performance and longevity.

If you want to have a lifetime of optimal health and performance you need to take a holistic approach, which includes training, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and recovery.

Most people have a few of these areas covered, and you can get away with neglecting some of the others when you’re young. But, if you want to stay on the mats for a lifetime, you need to give attention to all aspects of your health and wellness.

Coach Rod is a black belt who has been on the mats since the 90s in Brazil. He is now coach to professional surfers, skaters, motocross, and fighters. But he’s focused on prolonged performance well beyond an athlete’s prime.
