Join me in conversation with Natalie Goerner, MSW, Psychotherapist as we chat about all the amazing benefits of mindfulness, especially as a working parent or anyone who is leading a very busy life juggling many roles and hats.
More About Natalie:
I am a social worker (MSW), psychotherapist and a trained mindfulness meditation group facilitator. I’m a mother of two, a wife, friend, sister, daughter and have many roles, but at my true essence, I am an empath, a healer, and love to connect people to find growth in their own lives and seek out ways for myself to do the same. I am ever inspired by the healing power of nature, music, and movement and practice consistent somatic healing methods both individually and in group settings. I strongly believe in the power of collective and community healing.
I worked in the public sector as a social worker and psychotherapist for 17 years in mental health services and I have now moved into private practice, focusing on the modalities I have found to be most effective and the ones I am most passionate about.
I strongly believe we have the capacity to hold both the light & the dark!
