About Jace Malz:

Jace Malz is a facilitator, leadership coach, and systems thinker helping people and organizations adapt, connect, and thrive in complexity.

He is the founder of Inbo, a creative studio for learning and leadership, and the heart behind Misfits, a coaching and community for folks who don't fit the mold.

With over a decade of experience designing and facilitating transformative programs, Jace has worked with organizations across sectors from the World Bank to grassroots nonprofits, tech companies to government teams, to reimagine how we lead, collaborate, and grow. Their approach is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in equity, creativity, and play.

Known for creating brave, reflective spaces that feel both grounded and generative, Jess blends tools from design thinking, adult development, coaching, and change management to help individuals and teams move through uncertainty with more ease, clarity, and confidence.

They’re especially passionate about helping people reconnect to their own voice and vision by holding space for people to show up more fully as themselves.

When not holding space, you can find Jace playing with his dogs, walking in the woods, crafting wild ideas, or dreaming up new ways to build more just, joyful futures.
