He brings more than 18 years of experience in building and scaling B2B commercial teams across Europe, primarily in SaaS companies at different stages of growth.

Michael works with senior leaders on hiring, team development, and sustainable growth. His background spans recruiting and talent strategy, enablement and training, and the systems behind modern revenue organizations.
