Today's episode is inspired by the brilliant book 'The power of now' by Eckhart Tolle.  In this episode I share my interpretation of some the thoughts shared in this book, I discuss ways in which you can improve your peace of mind and stay present more often. It is important to know that spending so much of your time in constant thought is very draining and can be damaging for both our mental and emotional well-being.
