 I LOVE a good dessert. 


I’ve had a sweet tooth since childhood. 


And if you’re anything like me, you might have also experienced that urge to keep eating once you have a taste. 


Maybe you feel like once you start, you HAVE to finish whatever it is.  


I’ve been there. 


So have my students who I’ve helped overcome this behavior. 


What I want to drive home is that this doesn’t have to be something that has control over you. 


YOU can have POWER over it. 


That’s what we’re discussing in today’s podcast.
