On Being & Overwhelm

A one minute reminder-to-self that might also help you too, on remaining in and as that space within that can never be overwhelmed...

• This is a first upload, a beginning tester... just to see! (and no overwhelm, despite my lack of tech savvy!)

• Also after editing my intro and outro in Audacity...trying to fade the music in and out and connect elements together...will improve :) 

I'll be creating a more podcast-style format as I learn and go along.
