Morning Poem 10 - The Thread of a Day (or 'The beautiful glitter of accepting the grey' x)

An episode of  almost 15 mins beginning with thoughts on 'embracing and accepting' the grey, alongside other 'Silver Sisters' :)

Also on general self-acceptance through the many changes, internal and external that we experience in our lives.

The poem began as a consideration of how our days, our lives are a woven fabric and then the theme of time passing seemed to merge into my own siver hair experience x
