Now at 64, he’s completed an incredible 125 marathons, with 71 of them under 3 hours, and has competed in over 1200 events worldwide across running and triathlon.
A seasoned Ironman finisher and advanced performance coach with more than 25 years’ experience, Mark shares his insights into what keeps him motivated, how he maintains his physical and mental edge, and the philosophy that has sustained him through decades of competitive sport.
