Great podcast. It's good to hear people enjoying life using diet as the means to sustain it that it's a process . Listening to your body and not blindly following a doctrine sounds like a way to live , not just a way to diet . Including sunlight as part of your diet comes to Zen . Fasting sounds like a great path clearer a greater Chi . I had a summer in my 20's where I ran mornings at the beach and your day is not the same after . Same with walking in the sundown as well. Steve's at a great age to find his peace, heal the body and mind and enjoy it for a long time . French restaurants coos call almost raw meat "blue" .
