Jen Winkler is a national board-certified health and wellness coach, and functional blood chemistry specialist, based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Her credentials are- Primal Health Master Coach through Primal Health Institute (PHMC), Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist (FBCS), Medical Practices Specialist (CMP) and Hormone Health Coach.
Jen’s goal is to help exhausted women who struggle with blood sugar crashes, insulin resistance, PCOS, PMS, and hormonal imbalances. She helps women navigate through all the “noise” in the health and wellness space and learn and adopt the right diet and lifestyle for each individual woman, her health concerns, and what works for her lifestyle and budget. Most commonly used are either a low-carb, ketogenic, or carnivore approach to eating.
In her “free time” (because what mom has free time!) Jen loves heading to the gym to lift weights, and you will always find the latest health related book on her desk as well as well as a variety of podcasts downloaded onto her phone.
