Linda Salant, also known as The Carnitarian on Instagram, has been on a carnivore diet for over nine years now. She has leveraged a meat-heavy diet to reverse a wide array of health issues, including lipedema, amenorrhea, PCOS, anxiety, migraines, and whole-body pain. She is now a carnivore coach and a stalwart advocate for a meat-based diet.
She is a member of The Savory Institute, whose mission is to facilitate the large-scale regeneration of the world’s grasslands and the livelihood of their inhabitants through a holistic movement.
Linda has over 50,000 followers on Instagram, where she shares her knowledge, delicious photos of incredible carnivore meals, and tons of tips and tricks that are incredibly helpful and practical. She is also a competitive ballroom dancer and a mother of two.
