Rebekah Farmer, known as @tailoredketohealth on Instagram, is an overcomer of over ten auto-immune diseases, including chronic Lyme disease, chronic C-diff, severe mood disorders, and severe digestive issues, among others. At one point she was told to not expect to live past 30 years old! Fortunately for her, she believed that there is no such thing as an incurable chronic diagnosis! She realized that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when we remove the external interferences and provide the proper foundation for health. She’s now thriving now more than she ever have in her entire life, and now gets to walk alongside others during their own healing journeys! She loves her faith, and also loves nature, bio-hacking, Crossfit, and absolutely loves helping people!
