This week Sandi D. talks to Sadie Hall, Creator and Host of Your Social Anxiety Bestie.

Sadie takes her listeners along her healing and therapy journey as she recovers from social anxiety disorder and perfectionism. She shares what she’s learning in the hopes that it helps others feel less alone and face their own social fears, wherever they are on their journey. 

 Sadie empowers those who are socially anxious, shy, or introverted to show up for their lives, even when it's scary. 

She approaches heavy topics like mental health with an optimistic, uplifting attitude. Sadie likes to inject humour, especially self-deprecating, when appropriate.

Her mission is for listeners to feel seen and understood, with the reminder that they aren't alone, no one is perfect, and that they are so much stronger than they think. Sadie’s unofficial tagline is "Show up scared. Show up imperfect. Just show up."
