Sorry hit the button... Anyway at that point I decided to get off of Strava because like you indicated it can be a problem and I don't want that stress. I do understand its appeal though and fill your boots if it is something that works for the individual. Great podcast.

Carolyn & Johnny ( babes) Loved your Strava/ stride podcast. You both hit all the feels for pros and cons of being on Strava with personal antidotes and humour. I too, am not a Strava person. I used to be years ago but I got so tired of hearing my teammates compare themselves constantly with other runners on Strava. They just seemed obsessed with it

Hi Carolyn! It’s Chuck Halikas @chuckrunseveryday and just wanted to say that episode 223 with Rob Thétrault was absolutely 🤯. I listen to it during a 12 miler in Texas.😎 Great job and amazing guest.

Hey! Jason Burns here. I really enjoyed episode 220 with Duane. I love hearing about smart training soooooo much! I used to be a “junk miles” guy who could run a super fast 5 km but who would also die at 30 km during longer efforts. I kept trying to fix it by working harder and harder and nothing improved. Now, with the help of Chantelle Erickson I run my hard efforts hard and my long runs super chill. Combined with the properly prescribed weight training and pre hab I feel like a different athlete. In 2024 I took 4 hours off my 100 km time from 2023 and crushed a 100 miler in October. And guess what? I worked smarter not harder. Keep up the good work ! I love the pod. I'm actually in the process of starting my own little Sask centric running podcast in the near future. If it's half as good as yours I will be pleased with myself. Have a nice weekend!

Hi Carolyn Thank you so much for this episode on Master's track. Your guests answered a lot of questions and I really enjoyed listening to their experience and experiences. I'm giving it some thought for sure and will dig into the meat and potatoes of it over the next couple of weeks. Thank you again. P.S. loved your episode with you and Johnny recapping your Chicago experience and training. I never considered candy before for a carb load, that my friend was epic! Janet
