Hi, my name is Urmi, I am an Embodiment Practitioner, Spiritual Life Coach, Yoga Teacher & an RTT®️ Therapist/Clinical Hypnotherapist here to guide and support you to find, connect and activate meaningful moments of connection.
Having experienced a lifetime of deeply challenging learnings, consistently faced with systems of harm and experiences that took me to the darkest places - including total disembodiment, being closed off and disconnected. The feelings of nothingness, visceral anger, frustration and self hatred so much so that my body turned on me.
In these podcast conversation, I am on an exploration as I learn to redefine my experience. These conversations are for anyone whose inner and outer world feels mismatched, misaligned or imbalanced.
