She is a guest faculty member at the Institute of Mental Health Chennai. She's also the joint secretary of TNACP and a founder member of CPSI.

She has created 3 levels of soft skill & employment skill module course, St. Aloysius College, Mangalore. She was in charge of counseling, educating and rehabilitation of the prison inmates of Mangalore since 2017. She is a certified counselor and has been counseling caregivers of mentally ill patients, volunteering in suicide helpline, child helpline, and elderly helpline. She is also a career counsellor.
Lareina D'Souza is a psychologist with a Bachelor's degree from St. Xavier's College, Goa, and a Master's in Child Psychology and Child Development from Chowgule College. She has also completed a Diploma in Narrative Practices and holds certification in Play Therapy & SFBT.

She has been in the field for seven years and she started working with children with special needs and has experience working with corporates, teachers and in public spaces. Sanjana Kothary is an educational consultant who works at the Nexus of early childhood education and International Development. She holds a BA in Psychology and South Asian studies from Wellesley College, and is an incoming Master’s candidate in education policy and analysis at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
