I want to focus on the physical part of the mindfulness
Your body knows everything. It gives signs and clues to your current mental state. Mindfulness isn't only about what's in your head. It's also a lot about what's in your body. When you learn to be HERE and NOW in your head and in your body, that's when the magic happens.
P.S. no real magic behind that, but.... just some awesome changes!
