E9: Self-harm/Autoaggression - what is it and why?

This episode is touching an even more serious topic.  Some people are familiar with this term and some never heard of it, however a lot of us tend to experience it even if you don’t realise you do so.  Autoaggression is a violent behavior of an individual toward themselves. It also can be referred to as self harm. It is a set of behaviors aimed at harming yourself mentally or physically. You might think - well that’s obvious, I would know if I hurt myself somehow and yet it’s not that simple. Self-harming behaviour may also not draw attention to itself at first glance. Excessive physical exertion is a good example here.
