We all face stress, pressure, and some life-related difficulties. It’s okay to sometimes lose your shit and have a meltdown. But I found that it’s very useful to have your mental tool box ready to keep yourself balanced and make sure you are making the best decisions, choices, and have decent reactions to situations.
This mental tool box will have tools, AKA skills, that will help you to pass this situation or resolve it, staying as calm as possible, self-regulated, and maybe make better decisions or just help you to cope.
