  1. Allow adequate time to grieve.

  5. Check in with your support system (mentor, therapist, pastor, coach, spiritual director)
  6. Be mindful of your thoughts to be sure they are helpful. 
  7. Determine 1 way to create a new normal.
  8. Practice gratitude for what IS good. 
  9. Connect with loved ones (refuse isolation). 
  10. Accept that you might not know why. 

Bonus: Give yourself grace. It hurts.
