Join Director, April Bordeau and counselor Mike Spencer as they discuss why change is often met with feeling threatened. Mike validates the experience saying that people can feel threatened at just the idea of change because they immediately feel as though something must be wrong with them thus requiring change. However, change actually gives us opportunity to grow in becoming more skilled at life. In order to overcome the threat we may feel from change we need to think of who we want to become and seek to live into that. What a great discussion reminding us that feeling unnerved by change is normal.
