6 x 16 : 4 Years With Harm OCD and How I've Managed
In this episode, I want to remind everyone of what made me start a podcast in the first place. I was diagnosed with Harm OCD in 2020 and my life has changed since. The first few months were really tough , and i realized not everybody knows exactly what they are dealing with, and how much harder it is to live life undiagnosed, and living in the unknown.
I'm here to take a look back at everything I've had to face, everything I've had to go through, and to hopefully show everybody who are in the same shoes that they are doing great! That we should never give up, because it might not seem like it, but we are slowly taking our happiness back!
