Yes You
Is It Time to Upgrade Your Thinking?
This episode is a personal share from me. I've been noticing some beliefs I’ve picked up in recent years. While they do make sense, I've realised that they might actually be holding me back.
These thoughts seemed wise and protective… but they also quietly undermine who I am and how I want to be.
So in this episode, I take you behind the scenes into my reflections - how I’m turning down the volume on some unhelpful thoughts, and amplifying some more helpful ones instead.
It's a thought upgrade. Are you due for one too?

In this episode, I’m sharing something personal — a shift I’m noticing in the way I think, and how I’m gently choosing to reframe it.
I talk about how the pandemic impacted my business and my mindset, and the beliefs I’ve unknowingly picked up along the way — ones that made sense at the time, but that I’ve realised are quietly holding me back. Things like: “The rug can be pulled out from under you at any moment.” Or, “It’s not safe to make future plans.”
These thoughts seemed wise and protective… but they’ve started to get in the way of how I want to live and lead now.
So in this episode, I take you behind the scenes into my reflections — how I’m shifting from fear and scarcity, into deeper trust in myself, in my community, and in the truth that I can find my way, even in the dark.
