Igniting Shakti
Welcome to the Igniting Shakti Podcast - where we interrupt self-override and reclaim steady power.
I’m Natasha, and I help midlife women recognize where they’ve been overriding themselves and guide them out of survival mode.
Because burnout isn’t the root.
Self-override is.
When you constantly push through exhaustion, silence your body’s signals, perform instead of pause, and normalize nervous system chaos - survival mode becomes your baseline.
This podcast is where we interrupt that pattern.
Inside, you’ll find grounded conversations on:
• The real root of burnout and chronic overwhelm
• How self-override shows up in your body, work, relationships, and health
• Ritual as intentional presence
• Rhythm as pattern awareness
• Regulation as steady nervous system power
• Ancient wisdom tools - including Ayurveda, numerology, feminine archetypes, and cyclical living - applied practically, not mystically
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about stopping the override.
If you’re ready to move from survival mode to clarity, steadiness, and embodied leadership - you’re in the right place.

Words Are Power
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In today's sweet and short episode I drop into something that has truly been dropping more into my own awareness and that is the pure power and magic of words in our lives. Whether your consciously aware of this or not we are always creating, nurturing or dissolving through the energy of our words that we are speaking, reading and listening too. Every single words expressed is being received by ourselves, others, even God, the Goddess, the Universe and divinity. Words allow us to express our desires. Words allow us to shift and move through live with purpose, and maybe even create and movement is some way. The important key here is to start paying attention to our words not just the words themselves, but how we're using them.
