Igniting Shakti
Welcome to the Igniting Shakti Podcast, where ritual meets remembrance, rhythm becomes medicine, and ancient wisdom returns home to the modern woman.
I'm Natasha — Yogini, Ayurveda Health Counsellor, sacred space holder, and intuitive guide.
In this space, we explore the cycles and seasons of the feminine through the sacred lenses of Ayurveda, numerology, nervous system wisdom, and divine archetypes.
This podcast is your invitation to return to your body, your truth, and your intuitive codes — to reawaken your rhythm, restore your regulation, and remember the sacred power within you.
Inside, you’ll find:
- Real talk and sacred storytelling on everything from seasonal living to shadow work
- How to align with your unique sacred coding through numerology and soul archetypes
- Wisdom tools for navigating healing, embodiment, feminine leadership, and sacred commerce
- Conversations on ritual, rhythm, and reclaiming your cyclical nature

Heartbreak - The Wounds of Love
Heartbreak this experience of feeling wounded, a rawness that's not only painful, but in many cases requires this aspect of stepping into opening the heart wider and deeper. This is certainly what the Shakti Goddess Radha can show us in this life journey experience. She can guide us in power to open our hearts to it all the bliss and the pain. To see and feel into love as a gift of spirit. It's about finding this light within the darkness, to awaken to opening towards the inner divine core of ourselves. Heartbreak gives us the opportunity to reflect on your choices, to reflect on specific aspects of ourselves, to look inward to our own evolution and growth. It's a time to get curious and ask questions, to take a deeper look at our patterns, triggers, habits and attachment styles. Love at it's core is looking for the divine in all relationships, people and things.
