Russell talks about books and ted talks he has read or listened to that have helped him with personal development and shares some of the methods he has learned and adapted for himself to be successful.
We talk about fitness and health throughout the episode and it's a real easy listen to lift your spirits. It will remind you that you are in control and that when you are kind to yourself and treat yourself well...nothing seems unachievable.
