If you worry and spiral, this episode is with you in mind. 

I'm thinking of you if you catch yourself fixating on a mistake you made, or worrying about someone abandoning you, or worrying about what might go wrong...and it takes over your mind and can be paralysing.

This pattern is truly a therapy insight, this is a key part of education for managing worry and it could really make a difference if you are keen to worry less.
