Mindfullness is also considered mindtraining according to Dr. Mitch Abblett, a clinical psychologist, author, consultant and national / international speaker.
Dr. Abblett shares his own journey to practicing mindfulness and tells us how we can implement mindfulness in our own lives. He also distinguishes between mindfulness and meditation, which he says are not interchangeable terms. For example, you can meditate and not be mindful.
