This practice is designed to allow any stress in your system to be released.
We experience stress for a multitude of reasons: Excessive attachment to our thoughts, heightened emotions or simply through our nervous system being overstimulated.
We invite you to take 10 minutes to close the eyes and to allow your system to gradually de-excite and for any stress in the body and the mind to release.
