For many couples, sexual intimacy becomes one of the last priorities on a couples "to do" list, and as such, sex becomes very infrequent and couples grow further apart from each other as they are not getting that important connection.
Sexual intimacy is so much more than just sex, and should be equally beneficial for both spouses. Having frequent sexual intimacy has so many benefits physically, emotionally and mentally.
In this episode, Nick and Amy share things you can do to make time for physical intimacy in your busy lives, and more importantly, make sex a priority.
