Do you also live out most of your days feeling overwhelmed with obligation and responsibilities, leaving you little time for joys and a feeling of freedom? 
Yes, me too. In fact, I think most of us continuously try to manage our lives with this heavy feeling weighing down on us and a wonder and desire for more joy and less pressure.

What is it about our daily lives, about the way we’ve set up our lives that leaves us with this constricting feeling?

In today's episode we dive into the balance between managing your obligations and responsibilities whilst still leaving space for things that create a feeling of freedom and joy. 

We specifically talk about why we end up feeling so overwhelmed and so pressured by our daily lives and how we could possibly manage our mindset and routines differently.
