#30: A Small Guide to Inner Peace (4 Steps That Lead to More Happiness and Mental Peace)

In today's episode we dive into the reality of co-existing with worries, anxieties and difficult life circumstances. I share 4 steps that I have learned can help create inner peace, mental calm and happiness - even when life gets tough.

Is it really possible to be happy - to create inner peace, even though we have negative feelings and situations in our lives? YES! 

At least that's what I've discovered and truly believe. We will all always have a "mess basket" living with us, in our minds and thoughts. The good news is that we can learn to accept our "mess baskets", manage it and not let it get in the way of our happiness.
