It's no secret, if you're marketing to an audience that are similar to you in demographics and psychographics then it's so much easier to come up with concepts, content and campaigns.
But, I've actually spent more of my career, marketing to people that are different to me and so along the way I've found 9 pieces of advice that help me to ensure I can create successful results, no matter who the 'hero' of my marketing is.
