What/Who Are You Currently Grieving? Wendy with Maria Belanic, Grief Mentor

During the pandemic, many of us has experienced loss and are still grieving.  Maria Belanic is a grief mentor believes losing a loved one leaves emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical scars, which impact the family and future generations.

Through Maria’s experience in unravelling the knot of grief she accepted that she is a grieving mother, and now owns it,!The ability to heal her body and mind gave herthe courage to acknowledge that grief is love. Maria’s mission is to empower mothers on the roller coaster of grief, to create a space of inner peace.

Grief is a topic that most people shy away from, which is understandable.  It makes us uncomfortable. How do you deal with another person’s pain and sadness?
