154. Understanding your capacity
Capacity is the maximum amount that something can contain.
When I’m talking about our personal capacity, it includes, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.
This episode is about bringing to light how much capacity you do actually have and what is realistic for you.
Stocktake on your current capacity:
- What time do you have for you (outside of necessary commitments)?
- What are your energy levels like?
- What are your non negotiables?
- What is most important to you? (sleep is included in this - how much sleep do you need)
- Hows your mental load? (and this will chop and change depending on how you’re taking care of and supporting yourself)
- What do you wish you were doing?
- If you don’t have the capacity to do everything you want, is there a way you can start to do it or do small amounts of it now, until you have more capacity?
