Anyone who has experienced trauma, or anyone who is human, will have periods of overwhelm, stress and burnout. Parenting adds another dimension to that. 

Something else that we all experience in life is conflict. With ourselves, with partners, kids and friends. While there are a bunch of things you can do to help minimise it, there is one thing that I believe to be the most powerful tool.
