DOM Ep342 - The "Baraboo Bone Breaker" Joe Clark
In episode 342, we cover the disturbing case of Joe Clark, aka the "Baraboo Bone Breaker". However, his second victim, Thad Phillips, miraculously survived, escaped, and helped catch and convict his tormentor. (Episode Content Begins 8:00)
