Millions of people  are trying to "become fit",  but they don't currently see themselves as fit. Therefore, they subconsciously think and act as an "unfit" person would, rationalizing every time they slip up in their fitness journey. What if we flipped the script? What if you labeled yourself as fit? What would happen? How would you think? How would you act? History has shown that if you TRULY saw yourself as fit, regardless of any objective fitness measure, you would think and act as a fit person.  Attack your fitness journey from the inside out by first taking an honest analysis of your identity and be open to an identity shift!
